During the COVID-19 Pandemic our training courses are being ran a little differently. This means that our CPR sessions are ran for 15 mins and First Aid, 30mins of face to face, with only TWO people per training session. Please follow the steps below to book into a training session and time that suites you.
Currently our sessions are ran as 15-30 minute face to face sessions with 2 people per session. To do this, view our course page and click book a course, select a date and an available session time. Once you have done this you can pay via credit card online. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your position and give details to complete online workbook.
Our online workbook is currently much more in depth as it covers the complete theory section of the training course. You will need to ensure you read all of this information thoroughly and answer the assessment questions. The online course takes around 2-5hrs to complete, depending on the course you are completing.
Effective from January 1st 2015 all students enrolled in nationally recognised training, will be required to provide their registered training organisation (RTO) with their USI. Registering for a USI is simple and the registration process is available online and at no cost to the student. This USI will stay with the student for life and be recorded with any nationally recognised VET course that is undertaken.
Our face-to-face session is designed so that the trainer is able to witness you ability to complete the practical components of the training. This is competed through observation and no physical human contact. You will be required to complete sections such as CPR and the recovery position.
If you are showing ANY symptoms/signs of illness or have been in contact with any one who is unwell please DO NOT attend. You are welcome to re-schedule after a 2 week period with no additional costs. Please also ensure before attending that you have thoroughly cleaned your hands and bring hand-sanitiser with you, if you have access to this.
